Pellet is a revolutionary, high calorie, renewable biofuel that is produced by shaving, ie. sawdust, which remains after woodworking, and whose humidity was originally reduced to a certain percentage, is milled, dried and pressed with the help of special presses. The wood that is dried and sufficiently shredded then passes through a pelletizer that completely shreds the pieces of wood and pushes it into the matrix. Under the influence of temperature and pressure, lignin, which is a natural binder, is released and forms a recognizable pellet form. No binders, chemicals or additives are added to the beech pellet during the making process, as the lignin pellet itself binds naturally. The best raw material for producing pellets is beech, and we only produce beech pellets! The amount of moisture in the pellet is 5.24%, which gives it great efficiency in combustion. Moisture control, ie. controlling the moisture level of the raw material used to make the pellets is a very important item to get a quality pellet. As a raw material for making pellets can be used firewood, wood from forest waste, sawdust, shavings, as well as other waste obtained from wood processing. The pellet is cylindrical in shape, about 6 mm in diameter and 10 to 30 mm in length, making it easy to transport and easy to fill in the furnace that you use to heat your home or work space. Beech pellets are sold in bags of 15 kg and 1030 kg, and for one heating season the average household consumes from 5 to 6 tons of pellets.
